- to promote H4R translational research & to attract industrial partners interested in the commercial exploitation of the results
- to set the standards & to develop a forum for free exchange of ideas & data leading to a template for best practice
- to increase the awareness of the general public & to disseminate the information on H4R to clinicians, medicines policy makers & health authorities
