First H4 receptor antagonist in the clinic - Palau Pharma is developing the first reported H4R antagonist for the treatment of allergic respiratory disorders. The regulatory preclinical package to support clinical trials up to 28 days treatment has also been completed. The development candidate UR-63325 has finished the phase I first-in-man clinical trial with promising interim data.
